LCA Notices of Intent to Hire H-1B / E-3 Employees
In compliance with US Department of Labor requirements and pursuant to 20 CFR 655.734, Tufts University is providing the following notices of intent to hire non-immigrant workers in the H-1B and E-3 visa classifications. Postings will be available for a minimum of ten days.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the included labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
