Information for Students with External Sponsors

J-1 students may be sponsored directly by Tufts, or by an external sponsor. The information in this section is for J-1 students who are sponsored directly by Tufts, which means you received your Form DS-2019 directly from the Tufts International Center. If you received your DS-2019 from another organization (such as Fulbright / IIE, AMIDEAST, or LASPAU) you must contact your external sponsor regarding issues such as travel, employment authorization, or extensions of stay.
