All new undergraduate students (including international and domestic students) who are starting their studies at Tufts are encouraged to participate in one of several optional Pre-Orientation programs, such as the International Center's GO (Global Orientation) program. By participating in Pre-Orientation, you will arrive on campus early and get the opportunity to meet other students, develop leadership skills, and engage in unique social and learning activities. Pre-Orientation is often cited by students as one of their favorite Tufts experiences! Learn more about Pre-Orientation. International students are free to join any Pre-Orientation experience that they would like, but consider joining US and international students for GO!

August 29 – September 4. New Student Orientation for undergraduate students takes place after pre-orientation programs are done. Orientation is an opportunity for all students and their families to learn more about Tufts, including requirements for students, campus resources, and opportunities to build connections and develop skills toward becoming a successful and independent student at Tufts.
