While this email account will be monitored on a semi-regular basis during our break, only students or scholars with immediate emergencies will receive a response. All inquiries about Spring 2022 arrival will receive a response once we reopen on Monday, January 3rd.

Travel Signatures (F-1 / J-1 Students and Scholars)

If you need a travel signature on your I-20 or DS-2019, request it online by going to our Travel Signature page and following the appropriate links. Your request will be processed as soon as possible after we reopen on Monday, January 3rd. For F-1 students, we are now allowed to deliver updated I-20s with travel signatures to you electronically by email. Once you receive your new I-20, you will need to open the file, print out your new I-20, and sign it.

Remember that you do not need a travel signature to leave the US - you only need it when returning to the US. Travel signatures should be no more than one year old on the date of your return (for students on post-completion OPT or STEM Extension OPT, the travel signature should be no more than six years old on the date of your return).
