Have you received a weird text asking you for personal information? What about a voicemail or email that seemed slightly threatening and asked for you to take immediate action on something financial? How can you tell if this communication is from a reliable source, or if it’s a scam? The Tufts International Center along with the Tufts Department of Public Safety have put together a workshop to help you navigate these instances, which we understand can be quite scary in the moment! We hope that by providing you with this information, it will help you to better protect yourself in the future, and to know who to contact if you think you’ve been a victim of a scam.
