Visa Options Beyond Student Status: Immigration Attorney Workshop

In this Zoom session, attorneys Prasant Desai and Alison Howard-Yilmaz from Iandoli, Desai, Cronin P.C., a Boston-based immigration law firm, will discuss visa options for long-term work in the US, including the H-1B, O-1, TN and immigrant visas for US permanent residence. They will also provide updates on some recent developments aimed at expanding options for STEM-related employment, such as the EB-2 National Interest Waiver permanent residence option. The presentation will include time for questions. Registration is required.
