Immigration Attorney Session

Join the I-Center for a virtual event with Aaron Blumberg, Partner at Fragomen, to discuss current changes in the immigration landscape. Open to Tufts University international students, scholars, and employees.

This session will provide a high-level overview of current immigration issues pertaining to students, scholars and employees. Topics to be covered will include:

• Proposed changes to duration of status (for F/J students and scholars)
• Presidential proclamation impacting H-1B visas
• Travel: bans, issues, and guidance
• Enforcement issues

Please note that this session will be focused on key changes in the immigration landscape and our guest attorney will not be able to provide legal advice. Accordingly, we will not be able to address detailed questions about visa or permanent residence application procedures nor individual cases.
