2021 Graduation Stoles: Requests Now Taken!

Dear Undergraduate Students in the Class of 2021:

The International Center wants to congratulate you for your accomplishments in completing your program during what was an incredibly challenging year. We are so proud of you for overcoming obstacles and having to experience a senior year unlike any other.

While we are saddened by the fact that we can't join you for a university-wide in-person celebration this year, the International Center wants to offer you a graduation stole to acknowledge the significance of your accomplishments. The stole will be given out free to undergraduate students who are international students or who were connected to international events and programs, such as GO Pre-Orientation, the International Club, or other groups and associations with an international focus.

Please note these request rules:

• We have set up an online request form. Please complete it for yourself - only one stole can be requested per person.
• We will have a limited order of stoles. If demand exceeds supply, we will distribute them on a first-ordered basis. However, we will try to accommodate as many requests as we can!
• Unfortunately, we can't mail these stoles to US or international addresses at this time, although we may be able to make the option available later. You can also arrange with a friend to pick up your stole and have them deliver it to you.
• We won't be able to honor any requests submitted after the submission deadline (see below).
• We don't have a final design yet, but it will be similar in design to a stole from a previous year (see photo)
• Expected arrival date is at the end of April, 2021 - exact date to be confirmed. Once they arrive, there will be a specific date(s) and times for you to come by the International Center at 20 Sawyer Avenue to pick them up.
• Note to Class of 2020 graduates - the International Center will make a Class of 2020 stole order available when the University announces details regarding the anticipated in-person ceremony for the Class of 2020.
