In recent years and months, the US has been in engaged in difficult and challenging debates and conversations about racial equality, social justice and discrimination. Many of our international community members have been actively engaged in these debates. We encourage you to learn more about how Tufts is participating in these conversations.

For students, faculty and staff. The Office of Equal Opportunity supports the University's commitment to offering a learning and work environment free of harassment and discrimination, with the aim of promoting equal opportunity and inclusion for all. Contact OEO if you are experiencing or are concerned about possible bias, discrimination, or harassment. You can speak with an OEO advisor or make an anonymous report by using the Tufts anonymous reporting tool Tufts-OEO.ethicspoint.com. OEO has many resources and supports to offer you including informal or formal options to help you feel safer at Tufts.

For AS&E / SMFA students. The Dean of Student Affairs office works with campus partners to support an inclusive and safe community, and to provide the programming and resources Tufts students need to thrive.
For AS&E / SMFA students. DSDI oversees identity-based resource centers which provide events, resources and programs that support students exploring how social identities impact their world.
For AS&E / SMFA and Fletcher students. CMHS staff support students in navigating the challenges of mental health and well-being. In addition to providing confidential one-on-one counseling, CMHS runs workshops and provides resources to help students with a variety of challenges.
For AS&E / SMFA and Fletcher students. CARE serves as a confidential resource providing supportive and non-judgmental services to students impacted in different ways by sexual violence. CARE also promotes campus awareness around sexual health and bystander intervention.
For AS&E / SMFLA and Fletcher students. The StAAR Center helps to arrange reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities and provides assistance to students with serious medical and mental health conditions.
For all students. The Chaplaincy provides support to the University's communities of faith and pastoral care to students facing challenges and concerns.
Employees with questions or concerns can utilize these resources.
The EAP provides free, confidential counseling to assist employees and their dependents with a wide range of personal and professional issues.
