Fall 2021 Student Visa Appointment Tracking Survey

Dear Students Coming to Tufts for Fall 2021:

If you are an international student who is currently outside the US and planning to come to Tufts for Fall 2021 , please help us to serve you better by completing our online Fall 2021 Visa Appointment tracking survey. This form will take 3-5 minutes to complete, and can be filled out by any student (new or continuing) who is outside the US but planning to come to a Tufts campus to either start or continue studies this fall semester. In the form, we will ask you to report whether you have received a visa, or if you have a visa appointment.

The information you provide on this form will be used only to help us track how many, and how quickly, visa appointments are taking place this summer. We will use the information only to collect data on visa appointment trends, so that we can help to identify issues and problems with the visa application process in different parts of the world. This information will allow us to better advise and assist you and other students as you plan for the fall semester.

• You can submit this form more than once if your information changes.
• Currently, US consulates in some parts of the world are resuming normal or near-normal visa services for students, although consulates in other areas continue to experience shutdowns due to COVID-19 and other conditions.
